Get To Know John Saccoccia
John was born and raised in Steubenville, Ohio. After high school, John attended Marshall University, where he was a member of The Thundering Herd Football Team. Following his time at Marshall, John attended and graduated from Muskingum College, where he earned his B.A. in Business and two varsity letters in football.
John’s professional career started in the insurance industry, working for a large single-line insurance carrier. While working full-time in the insurance industry, John attended Capital University Law School. After graduating from Capital University Law School, John was admitted to the Ohio Bar.
As an attorney, John worked for several firms, including a large estate-planning firm, where he was an equity partner. And in 2022, John launched The John Saccoccia Law Firm, which focuses on estate planning, elder law, and asset protection planning. In addition to his law degree, John is a licensed insurance agent and a member of Elder Counsel.
The son of a teacher, John loves educating families. Often, you can find him presenting at live events and speaking on podcasts and webinars on the importance of estate planning and asset protection planning. John is married to his wife Robin, and together, they have three children, Marisa, Geno, and Nicky.

Julie Bernstein is the Office and Events Manager at John Saccoccia Law, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
With a keen eye for detail and organizational expertise, Julie manages daily office activities, including administrative support, scheduling, and client interactions. She is also responsible for coordinating events, including client meetings, seminars, and firm functions, ensuring each is executed seamlessly.
Her dedication to excellence and efficient problem-solving skills help maintain a productive environment and strengthen the firm’s relationships with clients. Julie’s proactive and personable approach makes her an invaluable member of the team at John Saccoccia Law.
Outside of her career, Julie cherishes spending quality time with her husband, Mike, and enjoys rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals.

She is known for her proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with precision. Keshia’s dedication to assisting the firm’s legal team and clients contributes to the smooth operation of the office, making her a vital part of the team at John Saccoccia Law.
When she’s not focused on her career, Keshia finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, Adam. Together, they love exploring the outdoors, enjoying nature, and making lasting memories through outdoor adventures. Whether hiking, camping, or simply enjoying a peaceful day outside, Keshia values these special moments with Adam.
