John was born and raised in Steubenville, Ohio. After high school, John attended Marshall University, where he was a member of The Thundering Herd Football Team. Following his time at Marshall, John attended and graduated from Muskingum College, where he earned his B.A. in Business and two varsity letters in football.John’s professional career started in the insurance industry, working for a large single-line insurance carrier. While working full-time in the insurance industry, John attended Capital University Law School. After graduating from Capital University Law School, John was admitted to the Ohio Bar.As an attorney, John worked for several firms, including a large estate-planning firm, where he was an equity partner. And in 2022, John launched The John Saccoccia Law Firm, which focuses on estate planning, elder law, and asset protection planning. In addition to his law degree, John is a licensed insurance agent and a member of Elder Counsel.The son of a teacher, John loves educating families. Often, you can find him presenting at live events and speaking on podcasts and webinars on the importance of estate planning and asset protection planning. John is married to his wife Robin, and together, they have three children, Marisa, Geno, and Nicky.

Ally was born and raised in Ohio and attended Ashland University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. Following her time at Ashland, Ally went on to attend the University of Akron School of Law, graduating with honors with her Juris Doctor in 2025 and earning admission to the Ohio Bar. Ally’s professional career started in the legal industry, working for a large estate planning and elder law firm, where she served as both a Legal Assistant and Elder Law Coordinator. In those roles, she supported attorneys on complex Medicaid and long-term care cases and became highly skilled in drafting sophisticated legal plans. During law school, Ally broadened her experience through business‑law internships, including work with a Fortune 500 company, where she gained insight into the practical needs of operating a business and the considerations involved in effective planning. After earning her law degree and admission to the Ohio Bar, Ally joined John Saccoccia Law as a Partner and Attorney, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, elder law, asset protection planning, small business planning, and client education. In addition to her law degree, Ally is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and brings a deep understanding of the challenges families face as they plan for the future. Ally shares a passion for educating clients and helping families protect what matters most – their loved ones, their assets, and their legacy. Outside the office, Ally values spending time with her husband, and together they share a love of animals and the outdoors – often accompanied by his police K‑9, Deuce.
